Who we are
Shaori Company SMC Ltd (trading as Shaori Coffee), P.O. Box 118413, Kampala, Uganda, operates this website and is responsible for the personal data submitted through it.
What we collect
When you send a business enquiry, we collect the name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, coffee of interest, approximate volume, destination and message you provide.
We also store a one-way hashed form of the sending IP address to limit automated abuse of the enquiry form. This hash cannot be used to identify you.
Why we use it
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your business enquiry, prepare offers and samples, and maintain commercial correspondence. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing campaigns.
Sharing
Enquiry details may be shared with our European partner, Czech Global Trading s.r.o., where this is necessary to answer your enquiry, and with service providers who host this website and its database on our behalf.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted, or object to its processing. Write to george@shaori.coffee and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical storage required for the site to function may be used.
